Our body is a factory - some people have better spare parts, some less better. I'm proud to say that I know my factory well, and I've taken care of it pretty well too.
Once you can identify the parts to change - your efficiency levels improve accordingly.
"Calories In Calories Out" worked for me, until I turned 30.
